  • 1 ½ lb. Strip loin_ rib eye or sirloin
  • 2 tbs. Brown sugar
  • 1 teas. Pepper
  • 1 teas. Salt
  • ½ teas. Thyme
  • ½ teas. Dry mustard
  • ½ teas. Garlic salt
  • ½ teas. Paprika
  • ¼ C. Margarine
  • ¼ C. Brandy or cognac

Step 1

Cut steaks into bite size pieces

In bowl, combine all the spices

Coat the meat with the seasonings and shake off the excess

Melt butter over HI
