Step 1

Brown ground beef, add chopped onion, garlic, and oregano. Cook until onion softens. Add tomato soup, vinegar and water. Simmer on medium heat for about 30 minutes.

Step 2

Arrange in 13 by 9 inch pan. Noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce, mozzarella cheese. Repeat one more time. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake in oven at 425 degrees f. for approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
