Ingredients

  • pork chops
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • few shakes of thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Cook chops in frying pan - searing on medium high for 2 minutes a side, then leaving with a foil tent for 6 minutes. Remove from pan

Step 2

put the rest of the ingredients in the pan, let boil to reduce for a few minutes

Step 3

serve over caramelized onion mashed potatoes (if you're feeling adventuresome :)
