Butter Chicken

  • 1) 300 grams of Chicken
  • 2) 2 tbsp of Butter
  • 3) 2 tbsp of Ginger Garlic
  • 4) 1/2 Cup of Tomato Paste
  • 5) 1 Cup of Fresh Cream
  • 6) 1 tbsp of Red Chilli Powder
  • 7) 1 tbsp of Cumin Powder
  • 8) 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 9) Salt to taste
  • 10) Oil as required

Step 1

Take a pan and put some oil and ginger garlic. Cook it.

Step 2

Add chicken pieces in the oil and sautee it

Step 3

Add tomatoes, red chilli, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, and butter. Cook it.

Step 4

Add cream and cook for 5 minutes.
