Delicious Oven Fried Chicken

  • 1) 2 to 3 lbs. of Chicken with the Skin
  • 2) 1 cup of Bread Crumbs
  • 3) 1 tsp of Garlic Powder
  • 4) 1 tsp of Salt
  • 5) 1 tsp of Black Pepper
  • 6) 1/2 tsp of Dried Thyme
  • 7) 1/2 tsp of Paprika
  • 8) 1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 9) 1/2 Cup of Milk

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 175° C

Step 2

Mix the bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, paprika, paprika, and thyme.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, whip the mayonnaise and milk together. Coat the chicken pieces with it.

Step 4

Then coat the chicken pieces in the mixture in step 1.

Step 5

Cover it with foil and put it in the oven for 45 minutes.
