Step 1
Brush the Portobello mushrooms clean and cut them into slices.
Step 2
Grill the mushrooms until they’re browned.
Step 3
Slice the pepper jack cheese.
Step 4
Place the mushrooms and cheese on top of the tortilla.
Step 5
Fold the tortilla over and grill it until the other side of the tortilla is browned and the cheese is gooey and melty.

- 5 large potatoes

method
- Boil and drain the potatoes
