  • - 1 lb pitted prunes
  • - Lardon (or bacon) cut into very thin slices
  • - 1/4 cup of Armagnac (or Brandy of your choice)
  • - Salt and pepper
  • - Mint, basil, parsley, herbs de provence (to taste)

Step 1
