Mix the dry ingredients in a big bowl, and mix the wet ingredients in another. Then pour the wet ingredients onto the dry ones, mixing just until the flour is no longer visible. It's okay if the mixture is a bit lumpy. Pour into a muffin tin containing lightly greased muffin cups. Bake for 18 minutes at 350 °F. Once you've perfected the classic recipe, you can get a bit more creative with the ingredients!
