Homemade Pizza

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can of tomato or tomato sauce
  • 4 slices of ham (thin)
  • 4 or 5 button mushrooms according to their size
  • mozzarella
  • Emmental and mozzarella cheese
  • olives
  • Artichoke hearts

Step 1

Remove the pizza dough from refrigerator and leave at room temperature. Wash peppers and cut them finely. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Chop the onion finely and finally cut the ham into small squares.

Step 2

Once all the ingredients are ready brush the dough with tomato sauce and place the ham in the bottom evenly. Place the mixture, peppers, onions and mushrooms on top.

Step 3

Add the olives and artichoke hearts cut in half. Cover it with Emmental and mozzarella cheese.

  • Pizza Dough (homemade or store bought)
  • Shredded cheese
  • Pizza sauce
  • Cured ham, shredded
  • 4 eggs
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh basil


  1. Roll out the dough
  2. Use a small bowl to cut the dough into rounds
  3. Add shredded cheese
  4. Place in oven on an oven tray afr 10 min at 355°F
  5. Put each dough round into a ramekin
  6. Add 1 tbsp pizza sauce, a handful of shredded cured ham 
  7. Break an egg into each pizza
  8. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes and a basil leaf
  9. Place in oven for another 15 mins at 355°F
  10. Garnish with parsley and a pinch of pepper
  11. Serve and enjoy!
