Cheesy Chicken and Rice

  • one cup of minute rice
  • half stick margarine
  • 1/2 onion: chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • can of water
  • 4 ounces of Velveeta cheese
  • 2 large chopped chicken breasts: cooked
  • 1 package broccoli
  • 1 package spinach

Step 1

put one cup of minute rice in greased dish

In a sauce pan sauté:

one can cream of mushroom soup
can of water
Velveeta cheese
chopped chicken

Stir until ingredients are well incorporated

Pour hot mixture over rice

Step 6

Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes
