  • 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken
  • 1 medium jar Pace picante salsa
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 onion chopped up
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can black beans

Step 1

Put all of the ingredients into the crock pot

Step 2

put the lid on the crock pot and turn on HIGH setting

Step 3

In about 7 hours the chicken should be starting to fall apart

Step 4

You can either put this in tacos or make tostadas with it. Our family likes to top with cheese, lettuce and sour cream
