Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat or multigrain pancake mix (I used Arrowhead Mills Multigrain Pancake & Waffle mix)
- 1 (12oz.) bottle of beer (I used Stella Artois)
- 2 tbsp blackberry jam (I used sugar free, but you can use regular and/or change the flavor as well!)

Step 1
Just mix all the ingredients & cook on the griddle like regular pancakes! These can be frozen and then microwaved, so you can make a big batch on Sunday and have them for the rest of the week! (Also, if you want to serve them to children, I bet you could use any sort of carbonated beverage for the beer, but I haven't tried that yet.)
