Ingredients

  • 2-3 big chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 cups fine noodles
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • salt & pepper
  • 3 cans of corn drained

Preparation

Step 1

Stew chicken till done,Cut up in fine pieces

Step 2

Put celery in chicken broth and cook till tender

Step 3

Add chicken,eggs,noodles
let boil till noodles are soft

Step 4

Add can of evaporated milk,stick of butter, S & P

  3. Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
