Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 or 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp or more of minced ginger
  • 1/2 tsp curry
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1/3 cup chicken stock
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 3 seeded chilies

Preparation

Step 1

stir fry chicken and veggies.

Step 2

add the rest and simmer 20 minutes

serve over jasmine rice
