  • paprika
  • balsamic vinegar
  • salt

  • 4 carrots
  • 6 potatoes

  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 3 peppers

Preparation

Step 1

place roast into crock pot or roasting pan and cover in spice and balsamic vinegar.

Step 2

cut all vegetables to preferred size and cover in same spices well in pan or pot

Step 3

mix and cook for about 2 hour or until roast is cooked through and vegetables are soft.
