Ingredients
- - 4 sheets of pastry dough
- - A little olive oil
- - 3 very fleshy tomatoes
- - 1/3 cup gorgonzola
- - 2 eggs
- - 1/4 cup heavy cream
- - Some chopped basil leaves

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F
Brush the filo dough with oil, using a pastry brush, and place into a tart pan. Cut tomatoes into slices (lengthwise in long thin slices), and the gorgonzola (ditto: long thin slices). Place them on the dough. Beat the eggs, add cream and beat some more. Pour over the tomatoes. Sprinkle with chopped basil. Bake 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven.

INGREDIENTS
- Blue cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- Mozarella
- 1 baguette
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Bacon
METHOD
- Cut your cheeses into thin slices
- Slice baguette down the middle (like a sandwich)
- Layer cheddar, blue, and mozarella cheese inside the bread
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes
- Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
- Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- Slice and serve!
