Caramelized apple French toast
Peel and core 3 apples, then cut into quarters. Melt 1 stick butter in a pan, add the apple quarters, 1/4 cup sugar and a little water. Allow the apples to caramelize slightly, then pour them over your piping hot toast with the sticky caramel juices and enjoy immediately.

Method
- Slice an avocado in half.
- In a bowl, combine avocado with half an onion (diced) and coriander.
- Add the juice from half a lemon and some salt, and mix.
- Cut a sweet potato into 1/2 inch slices.
- Place in a toaster, making sure to toast both sides.
- Spread the avocado mix onto the toast. Enjoy!
