Kue Klepon - Indonesia

These exotic, coconut-covered mouthfuls are native to Indonesia. They're made of glutinous rice flour shaped into balls and filled with palm sugar, then steamed or boiled before being rolled in grated coconut. Their vibrant green hue comes from a paste made with special plant leaves that are commonly used in Southeast Asian cuisine.
