Spicy Baked 'Fried' Chicken

To achieve super crispy chicken with that wonderful fried texture—but without the guilt—coat them in crushed multi-grain cereal as in this recipe.  Top tip: bake on a wire wrack as opposed to a baking sheet to ensure the chicken is beautifully crispy on both sides.

Cook bow-tie pasta for 8 minutes. Combine grated Parmesan with garlic, and Italian and curry spices.
