Herb salt

Herb salt is a great way to recycle leftover fresh herbs. Parsley, rosemary, oregano, basil and dill are great options, and you can even try combining a couple of them to make an original mix.

Simply wash and dry the herbs by placing them on an oven tray and baking them for 45 minutes at 300° F. Once dry, chop finely and add double the amount of salt. Easy, isn't it?

This mix is great for grilled meats, fish, potatoes and salads.
