Chicken Salt
Chicken salt is a seasoned salt that contains herbs and various spices. It's especially popular in Australia and New Zealand, where it can be found in the spice section and is as common as black pepper.
It is used as a substitute for salt with fish and chips, French fries and other fried foods. Not to mention that it's divine on roast or grilled chicken.
And since it's easier to make at home than to travel to Australia to find it, here's what you'll need: 2 tablespoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, powdered garlic and onion, and a bit of corn starch to finish.
