  • 9 eggs
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 slices of bread with crust cubed
  • 8 0z can mushrooms drained
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1 onion chopped

Step 1

brown meat with onion. Set aside. Beat eggs until frothy. Add all ingredients except bread. Put bread cubes in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Put egg mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight. Set out 1/2 before cooking. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
