Ingredients

  • garlic and red chilies. Add chopped tomatoes
  • tamarind juice
  • cooked arhar/tur daal
  • turmeric
  • pepper
  • cumin powder
  • asafetida
  • coriander and curry leaves. Boil for a few minutes and add water from cooked daal to the mixture.
