Creamy cucumber salad with fresh dill

  • 3 cucumbers, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup milk, 1- 2 tsp. white sugar, 1/4 tsp. fresh dill (minced) , pepper to taste.

Step 1

Slice or dice cucumbers.

Step 2

Wisk all the other ingredients in a med. bowl with a fork or a wisk.

Step 3

Pour the mixture over the cucumbers and stir well.

Step 4

Let set in fridge for at least 10 minutes, then serve.


The longer you let sit in fridge, the more flavorful the cucumbers get. I usually let them sit in fridge for about an hour or so.
