Fall off the bone ribs

  • Rack of back ribs
  • Sweet Chilli sauce
  • Salt and peper to taste

Step 1

Pre- heat oven to 275 degrees
Line sheet with tin foil or use roasting pan.
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs

Step 2

Apply salt and pepper to the ribs
place on foil lined sheet and cover tightly
Bake for 3 - 4 hours

Step 3

Remove the ribs from the oven
Liberally brush on sweet chilli sauce
Place back in the oven under the broiler until browned (about five minutes)

  • 1/2 cup tomato paste

  1. Fry the bacon in a skillet, then add onion, and meat.
  2. Add tomato paste, bell peppers, garlic and salt, and simmer till cooked through
  3. Boil 1 whole cabbage head in salted water till tender
  4. Spoon mixture into individual cabbage leaves, and fold carefully to form little rolls
  5. Serve with any remaining mixture
  6. Enjoy!
