Ingredients
- Medium sized pack of ground beef
- 4 tblsp soy sauce
- 4 tblsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp onion salt or powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt or powder
- 1 tsp tarragon leaves

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together well. Form into bite sized balls. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
Can be served with a sauce made of apricot jam mixed with a bit of water and spiced with some paprika and then warmed up
