- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 2 oz. of diced lean cured ham (jamón de cocinar) or 1 strip bacon
- 2 oz. salchichon diced
- 1 can of red or pink beans
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1/2 cube or 1 teaspoon chicken boullion
- 1 1/2 cans of tomato sauce (8oz.)
- 1 packet of sazón
- 2 tablespoons of sofrito
- 1/2 can of water (use the tomato sauce can)

- 1 lb kielbasa sausage
- 3 cans kidney beans
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- dash of cayenne pepper, garlic salt, parsley

1. Saute onion, pepper, celery and garlic in 2 T water until soft
