Eclair art

Adam has most famously started to treat éclairs as mini pieces of art – individual desserts that deserve to be as beautiful as they are delicious. The most impressive feat is his original-and sometimes shocking- flavor combinations. He’s constantly trying out creative flavor pairings that push the limits of what we’re used to eating. His new olive oil and white chocolate barlette is a perfect example of this. The colors, textures and flavors of his pop-art éclairs continue to seduce each and every client that sets foot in his boutiques.
