How to store them

Raw pork chops can be stored for 2 to 3 days maximum in their original packaging. You can also freeze them, as long as you do it while they're still super fresh. When you're ready to cook the frozen pork chops, just remember to let them thaw in the fridge for a few hours before getting started. If you cook them while still frozen then you'll end up with pork that's dry and tough.
