Tagine

This Moroccan-style stew combines bold flavors with fiery heat and tastes even better if you prepare it a day or two before serving. Tagine is also an ideal dinner dish to share with a group of guests. You can opt for meat, fish or veggie versions. Try introducing a mildly sweet or savory profile, by adding dried apricots and plums or candied lemons. When serving, warm up the stew for a few minutes on the stove before setting out with bread and a big bowl of fluffy couscous to share.
