Cottage Cheese

Cottage cheese is a seriously clever and affordable source of protein (which will help to fill you up fast),  B complex vitamins, healthy fats and minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium. The best part is that its mild flavor means it can be added to just about any smoothie recipe to increase its nutritional value and keep you fueled up for the day. We love this peach, banana, honey and cottage cheese smoothie.
