Most of us love a good hot dog in summer, but the amount of fat and other unknown nasties in frankfurters is just downright scary. Making your own hot dog from scratch is a much better idea as you have control over the ingredients and flavors, tailoring it to your own tastes. This non-meat hot dog is filled with pinto beans and bursting with spicy flavor—and it's far more substantial than the 'carrot dog' (Google it!).
