Lighter Fried Fish Sandwich with Creamy Coleslaw

For a slightly healthier version of the junk food classic Filet-O-Fish, try this lightly fried fish sandwich. Fish is a much more wholesome burger filling than meat, and you can eliminate all the junk by making it yourself. Top tip: buttery white crackers are a necessity for getting the perfect fish coating.
