Chocolate mousse in a pineapple

You won't need your best serving dish, thanks to this easy trick! Take half of a pineapple, remove the flesh, and fill the hollowed-out fruit with the creamy dessert of your choice. In this case, we used chocolate mousse. During the summer,  you can adapt this idea by using the half-pineapple to serve ice cream.
