  • scant 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Comté cheese
  • 1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • pepper
  • Fresh herbs: mint, basil, cilantro, parsley, chives, dill ...
