  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large can Italian tomato sauce
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • Salt, pepper and oregano to taste
  • 1 500g tub cottage cheese
  • 1 block mozzarella sliced
  • Lasagne noodles precooked

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F
Brown ground beef. Add onions and garlic and cook till onions transparent. Add rest of ingredients except cottage cheese, noodles and mozzarella. Simmer for 1/2 hour.

Step 2

In a roasting pan layer ingredients:
1. Sauce
2. Cheese
3. Noodles
4. Cottage cheese
5. Noodles
6. Sauce
7. Cheese
Continue layering like this until all ingredients are used up finishing with cheese. Bake at 350F for 45 mins
