How to get them ultra-tender

Pork chops needs at least 30 minutes to absorb flavors. Ideally you want to marinate them overnight in a resealable bag.

You can also rub the chops in a dry spice mix. Just make sure to add a couple drops of olive oil so that the spices can infuse the meat.

And don't over-salt the marinade or spice rub because it can result in tougher meat.
