7 secrets to the perfect pork chop

What's the ideal sauce?

If your pork chops taste a little bland, then why not sauce them up! Brush them with a layer of spicy mustard, hot sauce, BBQ sauce or ketchup before cooking for a bit of extra flavor.

If you have a sweet tooth, try marinating them in caramel, honey or even jam. Pork goes wonderfully well when served with something sweet, which is why stewed apples make such a great side dish.
