Churros are delightful Spanish "donuts" made with only 3 ingredients. Boil 3/4 cup of water with 2 pinches of salt and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Pour in 1 1/2 cups flour, and mix well. Fill a pastry bag with the preparation or put in your churro machine (if you have one). Then squeeze out batons 8-cm in length into hot oil. When they're golden brown (after about 3 minutes), remove them from the oil using a slotted spoon and leave them to drain on paper towels before serving.
