Christmas pinwheel cookies

These fun and colorful Christmas pinwheel cookies are incredibly easy to whip up. The base is made of sugar cookie dough, rolled into a log with stacked red and green pieces to create the swirl effect. Then you just roll the log in Christmas-colored sprinkles, refrigerate to set, and bake for 9 to 11 minutes. Cool, slice and serve.
