Classic beef fried rice

This one-pan (er, one-wok) meal is excellent for using up leftover rice. The rice gets tossed together with chopped, marinated flank steak, scrambled eggs, onions, peas and scallions in a classic stir-fry sauce. Fast and easy—that's the way we like our steak dinners!
