Murray's in Minneapolis, Minnesota has been a local favorite since its opening in 1946, but it wasn't until 1997 when it launched into mainstream fame after a mention in Time magazine. With a cozy yet elegant dining atmosphere, this restaurant offers dishes ranging from comfort-food-style burgers and sandwiches to upscale steak and filets. By far its most sought-after plate, however, is the award-winning Silver Butter Knife steak: a massive 28-ounce strip sirloin made for two to share.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
  • 4 Tortillas
  • Cheddar
  • Salt, to taste

METHOD:

  1. Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
  3. Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
  4. Enjoy!
