Rou Jia Mo (China)

This meat sandwich, also sometimes referred to as a "meat burger" has its roots in the Shaanxi Province but is now a popular street food consumed all throughout China. Often made with pork, the intense flavor comes from simmering it for hours in a soup with more than 20 spices and seasonings. Chopped coriander and capsicums are commonly mixed in with the meat before it all gets slapped on a "mo" flatbread.
