Founded by a New Yorker and a Californian, the restaurant is located in Reno and has a food truck that makes its rounds across the city. Get the All American Picnic, a large Angus beef dog on a fresh sesame seed roll topped with potato salad, tomatoes, bacon, green onions, and a dash of barbecue sauce. If you have room in your stomach, get a side of pulled pork or chili cheese tater tots!

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
- Enjoy!
