Dive into summer with this fresh, light and healthy mango salad!
INGREDIENTS
- Peanuts
- Carrot
- Mango
- Rocket
- 2 limes
- Olive oil
- Soy sauce
- Red onion, minced
- Salt
- Pepper
METHOD
- Lightly sautée the peanuts until golden.
- Take the carrots and cut into thin slices.
- Peel the mango and slice into thin strips.
- Squeeze the juice from 2 limes into a bowl, and add olive oil, soy sauce, minced onion, salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, toss together the mango, carrot, rocket, and lime-soy dressing.
- Enjoy!

A simple and satisfying chicken stirfry
- 500 g skinless chicken breast, sliced
- 1/3 Cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1/4 Cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 4 Cloves garlic, finely diced
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely diced
- 1 carrot, diced or sliced
- Enough cooked brown or white rice for four to serve

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
- 4 pounds pork baby back ribs

This is one of my own 12 recipes for homemade chili sauce, and my favorite at this time
- 12 habanero or other hot peppers
- 10 pounds plum tomatoes
- 3 Large fine chopped red onions
- 3 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup dark rum
- 1 cup sugar or stevia
- 1/2 cup chili powder
- 1/2 cup chipolte powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon kosher or sea salt
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

Marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, ketchup, and chilli sauce
- Chicken
- 1) 4 Chicken
- 2) 1/2 tsp of Salt

- 1 cup apple cider vinegar

Boil all ingredients except sugar for 3 1/2 hours to 4 hours
- 1 qt of tomatoes
- 10-12 onions
- 3 green peppers
- 2 hot red peppers
- 1 bunch of celery
- 2 oz salt
- 4 cups white vinegar
- 2 heaping tbsp all spice
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 5 cups brown sugar
