Classic leg of lamb

If you're a fan of classic recipes, then roasted leg of lamb is for you. Roast the leg in the oven until crispy on the outside and slightly pink on the inside, and serve with white beans and crunchy steamed vegetables. Be sure to take the lamb out of the fridge at least 2 hours before cooking so that it can come to room temperature, and let it rest for at least 15 minutes after taking it out of the oven.
