Za’atar Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

Once you start thinking outside the square, you realize that you can make delicious steaks out of just about anything! Cauliflower and Za'atar, a Middle-Eastern herb mix made with ground sumac, green herbs and roasted sesame seeds team up in this mouthwatering recipe. Brush your steaks with a Za'atar, oil and lime juice mix, sear them in a pan and then pop them in the oven for 15 minutes. The steaks will come out tender, flavorful and caramelized on the edges.
