If you are becoming bored with your usual tomato or white sauce pasta dishes, this is the recipe for you. We love it because it’s innovative, and incredibly easy: cook the cauliflower florets with the pasta for the last few minutes, then stir through the BBQ sauce! You can make the BBQ sauce yourself, but if you are short on time (or energy) store-bought sauce works absolutely beautifully as well.
