Preparing the filling

Add the chopped onion to a saucepan. Add diced bell peppers, garlic, vegetable stock cube, salt, pepper and spices. Let simmer for several minutes. Add a little water from time to time and keep it simmering on a medium heat until the peppers have softened. Then add the ground meat and cook, stirring frequently until all the liquid has evaporated. Let cool completely.
