We've never had leftover cinnamon rolls, but if we did, we'd definitely turn them into this incredible cinnamon roll bread pudding breakfast casserole.  Pieces of stale cinnamon rolls are doused in a creamy custard, baked in the oven, then topped with an icing sugar glaze—leftovers have never looked so good!
